Did you know that April is Stress Awareness Month? Fact. So let’s talk about it for a sec.
Stress is a part of life. When you’re caring for yourself, maintaining a job, raising kids, trying to sustain a long-term relationship all while cleaning house, wiping butts, paying bills and remembering to be the Tooth Fairy, family counselor and rule enforcer (just to name a few) yeah, that’s fucking stressful. And I’ll tell ya what. The Internet is NOT helping.
Here are 5 things the Internet told me to do this week that made my stress levels skyrocket. But, in honor of Stress Awareness Month, I told it to kindly eat a shit sandwich. My. Pot. Is. Full.

Um yeah, no. Just no. Do I even need to go into the reasons why? Didn't think so.
Earth to Internet. No one has time for nap taking, hence the coffee drinking. In summary, this makes about as much sense as drinking decaf.
3. Fast. Just kidding, enjoy life—eat more. Except for gluten. Scratch that, gluten’s actually pretty cool. But you shouldn’t eat fat. Except for when you should. Wait, it’s bacon that’s the real killer. And whatever you do, don't sit.

4. Care about Meghan Markle.
A simple search for “Meghan Markle” in my personal Gmail produced over 80 results. 80 RESULTS. I struggle to find chap stick that my kid hasn’t licked. Can I really afford to care about how her MAKEUP ARTIST spends his Saturdays?
5. Vaccinate.
JUST KIDDING. Source aside, this one is totally 100% absolutely legit. Would you throw your kid—or someone else’s kid—into a pit of diseased and hungry tigers who voted for Trump? No. So vaccinate. #measles.
